SHIPPING POLICY

Shehla’s Vanity offers Free shipping worldwide. We work with a variety of artisans, manufacturers, and suppliers who ship your orders directly from Asia and the USA. You may receive separate packages since we source our products from different suppliers.

The delivery time may vary depending on your country’s customs and the local post carrier to deliver your package. The delivery from our manufacturer may take 1-3 business days to dispatch.

Shehla’s Vanity adopted a convenient shipping method means which means we ship directly from our supplier to you.

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Europe, Pakistan, Australia and New Zealand. We are currently working on making it possible to ship to Africa, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and India.

Order processing

If your item is in stock, please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. Please note during high volume sale periods there may be minor delays – we appreciate your patience during this time! Once shipped, you will be emailed with the tracking information to follow your order to its destination. Please note there is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Carriers

Taxes & Duties

Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees.  All orders are shipped DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” from Asia and USA, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. In order to collect your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to over 50 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case, the fees are paid to the local carrier. Shehla’s Vanity does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.

Delivery Issues

Delays: Once a package is marked shipped, there are unfortunately times there may be a delay with the carrier or customs/border patrol which are outside of our control.  Please contact us for further assistance in any case.

Address Incorrect: We ship your order according to the shipping address provided. If information is incorrect, this may result in your delivery becoming lost, delayed, or having it sent back to the warehouse. We are not responsible for delivery issues as a result of incorrect information. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at hello@shehlasvanity.com We are happy to help!

Post Office Issue: If your package is with your local postmaster and there are issues (e.g. it is being held, a re-delivery needs to be scheduled, there was a delivery issue) we ask that you contact your local post office first. Shehla’s Vanity does not take responsibility for loss or damaged items during transit.
