RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Shehla’s Vanity purchase. Try them in the comfort of your home and if you are dissatisfied with the item(s), return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Procedure to return your article and get a refund:

  1. Contact our customer service at hello@shehlasvanity.com
  2. You will receive an email with a label and instruction to follow for the return and refund.
  3. Re-pack your article(s) in its original condition.
  4. Print and stick the return label on your package.
  5. Drop the package at the location indicated in the email you received.
  6. Once we receive the package (usually within 5 business days), we will issue a refund. Your bank account will be credited within 5-10 business days with the amount of the item(s) returned.

In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns or refunds on earrings, necklaces and bracelets unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent.

Please Note: The items which are on sale will not be eligible for returns.
