How to return?

We want you to love your Shehla’s Vanity purchase. Try them in the comfort of your home and if you are dissatisfied with the item(s), return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will receive your refund in 10-14 business days.

In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns or refunds on earrings, necklaces and bracelets unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay.


How long will delivery take?

Due to ongoing updates with COVID-19, there may be some unexpected delivery delays, but we will help as much as we can! We apologize for the inconvenience in advance. 

Processing Time: most items will ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery time is calculated from the time the order is dispatched.

All time frames mentioned are considered business/working days, i.e. Monday through Friday, non-holidays.

Delays: Delays may occur due to the carrier, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control. As a courtesy, we will offer to re-send the items free of charge, or assist with a refund, depending on the situation, if your order does not show delivered within the Maximum Delivery Time chart above and at the time of the request. This must be explicitly requested.

Where do we ship to?

We currently ship to the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Pakistan. (Future targeting countries would be Africa, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and India)

Customers are responsible for any import fees, as each country may levy customs, taxes/VAT or duty fees. 

Products may be shipped directly from the artisan, manufacturer or supplier, unless we carry the stock in our warehouse in Paris (France). 

My payment has been declined, what should I do?

Please try again and make sure you’re including the correct information for login details, card number, expiry date, etc. If the problem persists, contact your issuing bank or try an alternative mode of payment.

How to cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Please e-mail us at to see if we can cancel your order. If we are able to cancel your order, you will receive an order cancellation e-mail and a refund will be credited to your original payment method. The refund may take 10-14 business days to appear.

NOTE: If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
